With over 3 years of relevant experience, Vignesh has worked on Java-Python hybrid based payroll software at Paychex, where he innovated and developed features for new and existing products, ensuring a competitive edge in the Human Capital Management marketplace. He also performed analysis and design for program changes in an agile environment, gaining an understanding of application changes. Prior to his current role, Vignesh worked as a Software Engineer I at Paychex, where he developed his skills further. Vignesh holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology, which he completed in 2020.
